@@illmatic826 it's mostly the NFLs fault however the death of middle market games was felt in every genre. Also, being married to license inevitably reduces the number of games too as the license comes at a large price as well as conditions.

This reminds me when the game "The Golf Club" first came out. It wasn't the prettiest game at all, but it showed it could stay true to golf physics, rules, regulations, and customization. Enough to get the attention of the PGA and looks them now. It's PGA 2k23. I hope this game becomes super successful in the future to show Madden that a 70 dollar yearly update is ridiculous.

They’re most likely going to make money off of customization. Like for instance certain stadium packs for upgrades to stadium or more options for customization for fields crowds etc

The having two sets of announcers is a great idea. I had that same thought. Especially in Dynasty have one set for normal games and then another set for the big games/national tv games between top ranked teams

The only critique I have is how fast the player movement is. Seems like they need to slow down that animation a bit so it looks more smooth and realistic. This game a whole though looks pretty darn good!

I’m really excited to play this game this fall I can’t wait to play with college teams and create my own teams. I think this game is going to be a great alternative and give us another football game to play other than madden. I’m excited about just everything that this game is going to bring And in the future can’t wait till it launches college teams all day!

Not going to lie man…I’m expecting this to be the game to strike the biggest blow against Madden. As we speak, they are making changes to actually compete. If they can get the gameplay and player models correct, Maximum Football will be THE GAME. This will be like the sports version of GTA Online.

Once this game was announced and said it was going to be free I decided that I wasn’t going to buy madden until after I played this,after seeing even more clips and screenshots I think I’ve made the right choice,and I might not buy madden at all,can’t wait for this game to release,sick of the Madden monopoly

I hope it's better then Axis football. The offensive running backs on Axis are too fast through the offensive line. No defensive moves or battles in the trenches. Breaking tackles, no physics for it. That's why 2K5 was the best football game ever. Physics.

I am trying to limit my expectations for early access. We have just been scarce on a good football game for so long..... They are going to have my support no matter what. I do not care to pay for this game. I am a little worried about how they will handle microtransactions. As long as it fair and not too greedy I am cool.

I think they have, every time the development Director Micah Brown talks about the game he always says gameplay is first thing in there priorities. We will see though

Licensing is one of the reasons we're in this drought. It's nice to have real logos but it immediately raises the price of entry for new developers (and might exclude them) without significantly raising the quality of the product. If we're married to license, we can kiss having a robust selection of developers goodbye.

Bro, I’m glad you’re supporting the game and promoting it and all because it’s great, and no offense man, but this was excruciatingly boring. This video was the slowest I’ve ever listened to lol. Like talking to my grandpa 😂 I didn’t think I was gonna pull through to the end! 😂 u we’re talking sooo slow lol. And I’m glad you don’t make the rules for football because 1st and 15! After every first down?? No way! I mean sure, if you’re playing on rookie mode! And no extra point?? If you’re playing on Heisman or All-Madden mode then you’d hardly ever make it in if you’re playing against a decent defense. There’s a reason they don’t go for 2 every time in real life! Because it’s hard to make it in! You’re right tho this game will be the best football game ever made, maybe not quite gameplay wise; at least not yet. Give it up to 2 years(MAX) to iron out the kinks and get some revenue in. Once they get some cash flow in, and let it really sink in how good this game is, they’re going to want to put out another game, even better than this, and that’s when they’re big time bucks r gonna start rolling in. I’m talking record amounts! I give it an 8.5/10 stars already
