The ending half based on translation from people from other video is about bands changing their tune because they're sell outs trying to earn more rep and money. The other meaning is them poking fun about Winny uploads an outdated japanese version of napsters.

The song is their commentary on bands changing their sound to sell more records and screwing their original fans. Along with a few other things. They are even crying at the end because people are illegally downloading their music and they aren't getting money from it. All in jest of course.

This is what they say at the end. Singer: "We will never forgive Whinny!! For sure, we'll never forgive-" Drummer: "Dai-chan (Daisuke is the singer's name)! Dai-chan! It's not like anyone is even using Whinny anymore. Plus, there's a lot of other things that should be stopped first. If you raise your voice to much -- the children all went home already." Singer: "But, we can't let them upload anymore..." Drummer: "I-I-I get where you're -- look, there's one child left, and she looks like she's about to cry." Singer: (to the child)"You understand right?" Drummer: "No no no no! She doesn't at all... and she just went off." Singer: "You hate Whinny too, right? You-" Drummer: "No one is doing Whinny...
