Maxie’s recap of her Chicago visit took me back to the four years I lived there. Houston is an entire experience but I wonder if you went to any of the predominantly Black clubs on the south side? I’m a retired American now living on SA (JoBurg) and was excited for the announcement of Draf Race South Africa. I have not been to a drag show here yet but I’m definitely going, especially on my next visit to CPT early 2025.
