This ability only works on warships because we have troop reserves. On the main base it's only useful if you have instant training, which makes it useless for 95% of people who don't have it

Why does troop reserves matter using this ability?

@@CosmicDuo because unless you have instant reserves, you loose all your rifles and zookas etc. Then the next hit you have no troops. You have to wait. In warships the troop reserves help those without instant reserves somewhat

What are the odds that rush wars will make it out of the closed release? i remember super cell test releasing another game a few years ago and eventually shelving it without warning.
