Thanks for the heads up on these products. I wasn’t planning on the whistle but since you said it is loud, I probably will. The plastic whistles that come with Topps knives (can be bought in a 5 pack if not wanting a knife) are the loudest I’ve encountered so far. I didn’t know the keychain separator operated as it does so I guess I’ll be picking up one of those also.

I’d like to know what you think about the whistle when you get it (have you tried JetScream whistles)

@@Blakehx …I have not tried Jet Scream. I can whistle pretty loud with my fingers but I figure having one just in case might be a good idea. I’ll let you know how the Owhistle sounds when it shows up. I think I ordered everything the video show as it was all in a bundle. He may have forgot to mention that (or I didn’t catch it) or they may not have told him.

@@Blakehx… the whistle is loud. Probably a little louder than the titanium Kizer whistle. Both the Kizer and Obuy are higher pitch than the Topps whistle which is loud also. With the Topps you have to control your blow because if it’s to strong it won’t work well and the other two just work as expected. I’m not very impressed with the compass in the Obuy whistle but it does work.

the screendriver looks great. i would love a version for 1/4'' bits. maybe the closure could be beefy enough to be used as a lever.

Im an exclusive obuy and olight buyer. They have absolutely the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They have over-handled the few situations I have had and even accommodated me in special request. I refuse to buy lights from anybody else.

@@Dunkleosteusenjoyer no. I have had no issues with the lights. I had an issue where I placed the order and used my old address and had to have that corrected. Pretty sure that’s my fault. And the other issue was I needed to have a few lights engraved for wedding favors and they took care of it which was amazing. I use my lights every day for work and I don’t leave home without them.

I just got my package in, and I was pleasantly surprised at a thing I thought they missed out on with the driver. There is a set of holes for use the driver off set, letting you use it as a right angle driver.

I recently start EDC ing a key organizer, although it's not a good pick,when you have crappy old keys on which you have to rewiden the holes to fit them studs.

7:29 Well this comparison got me thinking, what if you just cut the hoto driver in half along the seam between the bit holder columns? It would make the whole thing smaller like the olight driver and you would have extra 2 bits alongside with a rotating end.

I just did this and the results were pretty good! I also rolled a some duct tape around it with a looped paracord to put it on a keychain aswell.@@maxlvledc

It would be nice to see a whistle comparison video comparing different whistle sizes and weights and decibel ratings along with what might be best for what, i.e work, kids, hiking.

Great detail that you can change that hammer head out if you need to. Would make a good bugout car tool. That's a pretty cool screwdriver option. I have a video coming up about a screwdriver I carry in my kit, but this is well worth me looking into too.

The axe is actually made from 50cr which is a much more premium steel thab 5cr, although it's mostly used in kitchen knives but I haven't seen it much so it's hard for me to evaluate how premium it is compared to say m390 or other powder steels.

Yes, almost a copy. They also create their own versions of Nextool multitools. Probably everything made in China.

Hey MaxLVL!! Do you know of an edc-friendly vile that I could put eye drops in? I’m thinking of something small, metal, and subtle that has a small dropper for eye drops. Something maybe a little smaller than one of those essential oil viles

The hoto driver is the worst driver I’ve personally ever purchased. The torx bit tips twist SUPER easy and I barley used pressure.

Question on the bit driver… I read the description and I’m thinking there might be a bit insert opposite of the lanyard hole at the tail end for more torque. The description mentioned a higher torque option but doesn’t show it. Will probably be buying one anyway but let us know what you find.

It does have it, but doesn't have retention...be aware that I doubt these bits would hold up to that kind of torque.
