Fortune Wheel Of OFFAL STEW!!! So Many Varieties of Saigon's Popular Afternoon Snack!

Starting it off with some different flavors, the Cha bo, Tre, and Nem Chua combination. When I really am craving some different flavors this is one of my go to snacks. Loaded with various Vientamese sausages, cucumber, rau ram, garlic, chilis, a sprinkle of calamansi, and a touch of salt and pepper. Spicy, meaty, sour, and refreshing this will wake your tastebuds up!
Next, after all that heat and still not used to the Saigon heat, I went for a little cool down drink. This time for the Milo Dam Thap Cam. A shaved ice Milo drink loaded with pretty much the candy isle of Circle K. However, the money bite here is when the condensed milk and milo come together and make a beautiful combo bite.
Finally, a pha lau made just the way you like it! This place was truly impressive with all the combo Pha Lau you can enjoy. Such a vast amount of Pha Lau that I had to call in Tim to help me out! We ended up getting the combo for 4-6 people but did a pretty good job of handing it ourselves. Definitely our favorite had to be the satay stir fried.

Awesome find on that first dish, Max! I love all iterations of Vietnamese salad like that but have never seen that version of the salad before and it looks AMAZINGLY delicious to me. I really loved looking at how they hung all those beautiful banana leaf packages - makes me happy to see so many things still done the traditional way in banana leaf. LOVE nem chua and would have eaten two servings of that salad with the rice crackers!

I grew up drinking Milo that my mom would make for me, love it!!! I’ve always pronounced it as meeee-lo because that’s how my mom would call it, who knows what the correct pronunciation is but I don’t think it matters 😛love your videos Max! Monday and Thursdays are now my fav days of the week 👍🏻
