Weightlifting is so good for your body as well as the mind. This past year Ive been really ramping up my workouts and it really helps with clearer thinking and Im even getting better quality sleep. The only thing I wanna change is kicking the IPA beers from my life. So many empty calories plus top shelf weed is better anyways. Its just so hard when you live in an area that is known for their craft breweries (Columbus, OH), plus everyone I know are drinkers. I think moving to a cabin in the middle of the woods would help, especially to keep me away from toxic people that make me end up stacking beer cans all night.
