The irritation around the lack of widow mine nerf is not just coming from low level players. It's that banes have been nerfed for the express purpose of stopping them from wiping out mineral lines while apparently not considering how that affects their interactions vs marines, and widow mines can still wipe out an entire mineral line. That's essentially two terran buffs in TvZ and they're not even achieving their stated outcome.

I wonder how it would change if there was some slight visual indication of how filled transports are. Not a lot mind you, something slightly easier to see than cloaked units for example, but enough that you could see if you looked carefully at an empty medivac (or shuttle or ovie) parked in deadspace that it was in fact empty or nearly empty.

when broodlord infestors were too turtly and reliable, the infestor was neutered. when terran bio is too turtly and reliable, nothing was changed. when proxy batteries were considered too cheesy, proxy batteries were neutered. when bunker rush is cheesy, it is embraced as meta. when protoss was relying too much on disruptors due to having nothing else, the disruptor was nerfed. when terran is using bio 80% of the time, mech got buffed. when nerfing splash damage became a fad, the baneling--a core zerg unit--was heavily nerfed. when nerfing splash damage became a fad, widow mines got a buff.

I play Terranand your right. Its painfully obvious that the balance council heavily favors Terran and that Protoss is the bottom of the heap. Protoss needs a ton of help right now.

It would be incredibly funny to see these matchups but they play eachothers mains.. I think it would be incredibly awesome to see maxpax try to multiprong, marineparade clem.. and clem doing beast micro with warp prison disruptor or blink micro or some shit.

- double supply cost for widowmines - get rid of the sentry. shift abilities to warp prism or the immortal and convert them to be cool-down based instead of energy.

Finally they helped Terran out and nerfed Protoss a little bit. It was getting redic having every Protoss 65-80% win rate vs Terran

on the ladder, sure, in tournaments terran are taking 46% of all prize money while protoss has about 28% this year

​​@@laureloneiros1500On the ladder protoss are geting rekt by terrans. You can just proxy triple rax bunker push them every game and reach mid plat. Harstem made a video about how to counter it but I doubt sub diamond players ability to execute it properly.
