If you would like to do more videos on Eric, he has a podcast on KZbin called Dive Studios, where he interviews mainly kpop idols. One of my favorite episodes that I would recommend is where he interviews 3 members of The Boyz. I would love to see your analysis because the members have such different personalities and I find their dynamic with Eric Nam to be quite fun.

Before he really delved into his own music and work he regularly was the one interviewing Western/Hollywood stars that were touring in Korea for their promotion cycles! He's got years of experience interviewing and presenting, and it's transferred into his performance - his concerts are half music half stand-up comedy/TED talks :)

I really recommend the interviews where Eric Nam interviewed western celebrities like RDJ and Paris Hilton (instead of being interviewed) on section TV because he was praised a lot for his interviewing skills and he really shines more when he's communicating with other people!

My worlds are colliding. When I fell down the BTS rabbit hole, one of the first videos I watched was BTS on After School Club, hosted by Eric Nam and Jamie Park. Eric’s personality makes me think “enthusiastically honest”. Thanks for reacting to him, I totally enjoyed this.

YAYYY I LOVE ERIC! okay i have a great suggestion for you and it is eric’s daebak show episode where he interviews yeonjun and taehyun from txt!!!! not only do u get to see eric in a different setting where he has to speak in korean (therefore his manner is slightly different, a little more professional with his charm still intact), but then you ALSO get two members of txt in probably one of their chillest and casual interview settings!!!! eric is a great mc and great interviewer in general so please would love this

I have always said and believed this: Eric feels like a friend. Love his podcast and watching him interview people especially with Jackson Wang and Korean Englishman. He comes across very natural in his style, doesn’t feel fake or forced and has a really good rapport with his guests.

He went to SK to pursue his singing career, he landed a tv show presenter role in After School Club (English/Korean show with idols and real time twitter feed and 4-5 live videocalls with fans). He was and is brilliant! He had GOT7 and BTS many times over (many much more than other groups, nowadays the most invited one I think it's Stray Kids) and that was AWESOME. His podcast is awesome as well, he interviews producers, singers, idols, ex-idols... artists. Really nice! Now he went on hiatus there because of his world tour (I'm going later in March to see him!) but yeah. Pretty dope content.

My Tiktok FYP is currently filled with clips from Eric Nam's live shows, and I love it. They're basically a concert and a stand up comedy show at the same time. He's very witty and incredibly likeable.

Hahaha I believe the phone number thing needs some context. What I'm about to say is all from memory so I may get some details wrong but, basically, back in 2020 Eric was touring and when covid hit he had to stay in the US. He was even more interactive than usual during that time, I believe, and one day gave out "his number" to text with fans. Of course, I suppose that number is on a specific phone meant just for that interaction he came up with but he DOES text fans himself and more than once posted on twitter screenshots of conversations where fans didn't believe it was really him. I also think that if you call the number it plays a voice note by Eric(?). Eric is just a really fun person, most of the clips of his concerts look like stand-up comedies and whenever he's MC it's really interesting and entertaining. And most definitely everything he's worked on with DIVE Studios is AMAZING

I'm so glad you watched Eric. He's irresistible, isn't he? He's just a joy in general to watch in anything he does. I haven't gone back to look at any of the early interviews he conducted to see if he was just as smooth early in his career, but he knows how to make even rookies feel at ease when he is conducting interviews!

I got to see Eric in concert last week. Not only was he fun and charming, he was pitch perfect. Had a great opening act, stellar band, and a couple of great backup dancers. And talk about class - he and his band stopped on a dime in the first verse of the biggest hype song because there was a medical emergency. He made sure waters got passed out and then started the song over. I'd say he can brag about his integrity - such a contrast to other performers these days. I can thank BTS for giving me the confidence to go to a strange venue with a big crowd. :-)

I was attracted to him immediately when I saw one of his show back then. Like, this guy can bring out the fun in you but he will keep that energy without have to disrespect you. He did throw out some sarcastic jokes, but its not something that can be frown, idk how to explain. Like, he is a safe big brother to everybody.

I had the opportunity to meet him and talk to him in real life. He's such a sweetheart. There's a running gag on each of his concerts where he'll start talking and have mini monologues in between sets. He calls them his Ted talks 😂 As for the #, it's a service number where he can send mass texts to fans but also individual ones, fans can also text him and get responses too

2:30 he actually does have a number that you can text him at. tbh, i think that one number is just dedicated to fans texting him and him texting back every now and then. He used to host a dope TV Show in SK names After School Club (I'm talking 2014 onwards) where they got idol guests and instant feed from twitter and 4-5 live videocall connections. He had SEVERAL times BTS and GOT7 over (not so many times other groups, so seems these 2 engaged perfectly, nowadays I think the one that's appeared more times is Stray Kids? Might be mistaken). It IS hilarious seeing them all together :_D He just launched his tour and put on hiatus his podcast and show (Daebak) :_) :_( where he interviews producers, idols, singers... He's awesome. I'm going to his concert next month!!!!!!!! ^0^
