Thanks for taking the time to review. I've had over 12k people on a set in a 2k7-2k9 Camrys, you could not ask for a better fit or better protection. First day I had them a rider dropped and extra large Dunkin' Donuts coffee in the rear and it held it all. Nothing hit the carpet. Not sure if it has changed but the husky liners I bought were lifetime guaranteed.

I've watched 4 floor mat videos in a row. This is by far the best one at simply demonstrating how well the mat performs and you really didn't do anything special. What you didn't do is roll up the mat, try to fold it like paper and throw a bunch of water on it from just inches away. All the other videos were worthless because no one is going to do those things. Keep it real and I subbed just for that.

Grated the 3D mats do look great, they will do the job better than the summer type factory mat, but I'll bet the Husky X-act contour will do better just do the overlap of the mat onto the floor entrance panel, protecting the carpet inside the footwell from salt water, debris, etc.

Just ordered the X-act Contour front liners for my new vehicle, weathertech was not an option, had them not impressed. Smartliner are better than weathertech, and order a set from Amazon twice but they failed to deliver the correct liners...twice. So, a neighbor mentioned Husky. So they look good,, so ordered. Time will tell. The Maxpider has no liners for my vehicle, so that was a pass. But thanks for the view of the mats full of dried salt. Jeremy, I no longer have the CX-9. I do not recall having any issues with the posts. I'm guessing you are not totally centered. I suggest peeling back the liner enough so you can see it engage. A lot depends on the style of vehicle and availability. I have all but turned away from Weathertechs and the Husky liners due to the sometimes sloppy look and slippery when wet behavior. They, however, are most readily available for most vehicle models. I think for trucks the Husky Xact is a great option, but for cars and crossovers, the Maxpider would be my go-to option. Another viewer commented recently about another option called the Aries XD, which look like a more stylized Maxpider in form, fit and function, but they seem limited on which vehicles they currently offer. So last month I bought the Maxpider for a BMW X3M40i, which confirmed they are still a great solution. Thank you and take care, my Canadian friend.

@@scottwieland8907 much appreciated. Wasn't sure if I should pay extra for the more established name brand, WeatherTech. But now I feel more comfortable just giving these ones a try and saving a few bucks. Going with the max for the interior, three rows, and husky has the best price for my trunk liner for the pup. Since I made the video, I have sold all the vehicles. Our BMW X3 now has the Maxpiders which are doing well and still my go to. For trucks, I prefer the Husky Xacto's because of the ruggedness, but Maxpider 's would still be a good option.

I apologize, I missed your comment. I try to reply to all as I receive the notifications. You may have already learned the answer, but others may benefit moving forward. Unlike Weathertech, which glues its emblem on, the Maxpider is riveted. I have had a Weathertech emblem separate from the liner. Maxpider emblems are more secure, however, the rivets can wear the carpet underneath. A recent Maxpider purchase provided a piece of felt to help prevent this from happening. Time will tell. I still recommend Maxpider for most applications, but trucks may benefit from the look and ruggedness of the Husky X-acts. I also noticed that Weathertech is now offering a similar product called HP, which might be another good option. Take care.

@scottwieland89076 жыл бұрын
Great question Gregory. I am very happy with the Xact's, because of the coverage, Durability and the industrial look for my XLT sport. The 3D's are holding up great, however, they are probably less durable in my opinion, because of the rolled edge. The edge allows for a nice finished look but, because of it, they seem like the edge could be kinked if not handled properly when you pull them out for cleaning. They have a more elegant look, if you will, which seems more appropriate for cars and some SUV's. Having said that, if cost is a factor in your decision-making process, I believe the 3D's are a good value. I hope this reply helps. Take care.

Hey there! great review. I'm debating in between getting the Maxpider or Husky Liners. I am wondering which material is easier to clean. Since I have two dogs and my floor mats are covered with furs, which one would you recommend out of the two?
@zinbad-carreviewsandmore14767 жыл бұрын
I have always had difficulty getting my Weathertech liners to look clean. They offer a specific cleaner on their website. The Husky liners would be similar as far as mud and dirt showing. I can not comment on the fur, as my dog "doesn't shed". The Husky X-act clean up pretty easily and if they are available for your vehicle I would still recommend them over the Weathertech and Husky liners. My experience with the Maxpider's have been positive and Amazon reviews would support my findings. The Maxpiders, I have not yet cleaned, because they have shown very little dirt. I recommend the Maxpider to a fellow co-worker, because of the lower cost and nicer look, however, he found one bad review on Amazon, which reads as follows: 3.0 out of 5 starsAhhhhh... ByP.Aon August 15, 2016 Color: Black|Verified Purchase They are way nicer than any mat like it and it fit pretty good too but, I rinsed them off with the hose and left them in the sun while I cleaned my truck the lost all shape like I mean totally flat like a sheet of paper, I couldn't believe my eyes. Amazon was nice enough to send a new set and they were missing the floor grommets so it wouldn't stay in place on the drivers side. Sure are nice looking though :( When I get around to cleaning the Maxpider's I will try and update you. Take care.
