As I mentioned before, I have seen each and every one of your wonderful collection, from the most classic to the most modern high-speed ones, of course , these that you mention are very beautiful and competent,.... but I still respect a lot to the ''Paris-Lyon TGV'' & the '''Tokio-Osaka Sanyo Tokaido 00 Shinkansen Bullet Train'' ,.. They are my favorites due to their great history and triumph , a great example well ahead of its time within the world rail transport industry, a thank you once again and thousand blessings friend''.

Im a TGV fan & model collector for years I have been trying to get add on cars for the LIMA Sets as well for JOUEF to no avail. Whoa 😱 this layout is enormous! Im glad im watching this!

les légendaire TGV Sud-Est , lorsque il est arriver dans nos campagne je me souviens, on ce disait "mon dieu qu'il est pas beau, et cette couleur orange c'est affreux" oui a l époque il etait révolutionaire, et boulversé trop no abitude, mais a ce jours j ai pas encore diorama, mais de tout les train a grande vitesse il sera la premier , et après il y aurras le TGV POS record de vitesse, j 'espétre u jours avoir une très longue piéce epour faire de trés longue ligne droite , et les voir rouler a fond sur une ligne LGV, merci pour ce magnifique partage

Back in the 90s it was operated by a railroad called Conrail, and you would see an assortment of power from Norfolk Southern Conrail and Susquehanna take care ,:)

Great Peter. You're welcome. 😀 TGV is really legend and the paint scheme is lovely. Although when TGV stands beside other trains it comes smaller to me. It's good to see and compare dimensions of different trains. BTW the set I bought accidentally without preorder. It contained 2 end units + 2 cars. I added 1 coach and 1 restaurant car to order. When it came I wanted to order additional coaches but they were after few days sold out. So I had big luck by purchasing this set.

Peter that's great !!! 😍😍😍 For me was this orange TGV always a legend and first high speed train. I like also japanese and chinese high speed trains, but no one make them in HO. Just in N scale. BTW... you have me motivated and I looked yesterday for additional coaches for my TGV. And found them on german web shop! So I immediatelly ordered 2 of them which I missed. They should become some more pieces. I will let you know when they become them and you can order them if you want. I should have then consist of 8 cars and it should look more realistic. Greets from snowy Europe! ... 😉

Hello Jim. This one is sold out... :D ...but yours yellow one TGV Post is also nice... :) ...To sound - my TGV was factory equipped with sound. On ESU web page there is only 1 sound file but is for another newer version of TGV and is not the same. But is also quite good. I want to use this other file for my american Acela Express which is in rea based on french TGV and got similar sounds.

Max Supercars I need to finish of a very old roco 43619 class 103 with a huge motor...it blew the dcc chip as the motor was drawing to much amps....not sure what to do with that one next...

Jim it happend to me when I wanted to convert one tram from DC to DCC. On the motor was between + and - pole one capacitor for motor shielding. It cost me one decoder which it blew up. I knock out that capacitor and after that everything worked excellent without damage... 😊

Great model... I think that all models of the high-speed trains with Jakobs trolleys are much more beautiful, as they do not present the horrible empty space between the carriages, which is also present in 750-dollar models such as the ACME Frecciarossa1000.

Yeah it looks good, but I think that more important is overall design of high speed train (HST). Orange TGV is an icon and stays forever. From current HSTs I like the chinese CRH-380A and other last chinese HSTs and of course Frecciarossa although it got common trucks... Have you seen my last videos with Frecciarossa 1000 and ICE 4 on my channel? 🙂

It's a factory sound from Jouef. But ESU got own TGV sound project for their ESU LokSound decoder. Check their webseite www.esu.eu
