I first heard of Maxwell in I believe 1995 or 96, and I was recovering from a stroke, I was 27 years old, and I had heard this song on the radio, but as a result of the stroke I had some memory loss. So I was intent on finding this record, so I headed out to the record store, not remembering or knowing who this person was who sang this song, all I knew was I loved the song and had to have it. So I go into the record store to find it, and having NO IDEA who the singer is I was looking for. . . . and as fate would have it, it just so happened to be playing as I walked into the store, and I have been a fan ever since.
