That is to what *Fran* was referring. Incidentally, in another episode, *Fran* made a reference to the Chappaquiddick incident involving *Senator Ted Kennedy* and *Mary Jo Kopechne:* "The Kennedys don't have an 'R' between them. They _pahk the cah in the rivah_ and get away with it." 😂
