God is my trainer...I always asked him to show me what the body can do...I wanted to explore Gods mind he created me only he knows how to teach and train each one to do their very best...open your mind and heart ask God how to be your best in all things mind heart body and soul...I cycled ran swam for years it was me and Jehovah...I meditated with him in the valleys of Vacaville lake Berryesa that was my training ground that was my time with Jehovah...his spirit opens your mind to listen and learn your body...he gave me the desire to grow a beautiful garden he fed me...I knew it was now up to me to listen and train my body with love and kindness it was two steps forward no steps back always building up never tearing down...I was never sore the next day as I kept growing getting stronger faster more powerful most of all with endurance...I worked 8 hrs days and trained 3 4 hours after work the training was my relaxation...
