Maxx Force - Record-Breaking Launch Coaster coming in 2019

A revolutionary, triple-record breaking, new roller coaster is coming to the park in 2019. Maxx Force will be the fastest launch coaster in North America, and feature the fastest inversion and highest double inversion of any roller coaster in the world.
Maxx Force highlights include:
A unique air-powered launching system propelling guests forward at record speeds;
The world’s highest double inversion at 175 feet above the ground;
The fastest inversion on any roller coaster in the world with a 60 miles-per-hour zero-G roll;
Five high-speed inversions; and
One-of-a-kind custom coaster trains modeled after Formula One racing cars.
Maxx Force will be the park’s 17th roller coaster and is scheduled to debut in summer 2019 in the Carousel Plaza area of the park.

can confirm in 2023 that this ride is BADASS haha. that first launch always ALWAYS freaks me out. you cannot prepare for it at all the only negative is that the ride is so short, but it's still exhilarating and one of the top rides at the park

@@laxgod6985 in 2017 we got the joker, so to save up money, parks will take a year off with a flat ride, family attraction, etc. We got the superloop to save some investment that's not a coaster

It was pretty obvious. Six flags trademarked the name Maxx Force, in the teasers, they called a guy max, Maxx force is a perfect name for a launch coaster which was rumored and was what we got. Wasn't very hard

That's the fastest speed, this has the fastest acceleration. For example, kingda ka takes about 4 seconds to get up to 128 mph, this'll reach 78 in less than 2 seconds! That's insane and this is gonna be a very forceful launch
