Had the same flight situation happen to me. The first person I spoke to told me the same. Then spoke to two other reps and on the third asked for a refund (which your are entitled to)then they finally decided to give me what I purchased without paying additional money. Lot of problems in the world, but someone really needs to crack down on some of the airlines issues. Some of the stuff that is done should be illegal.
