Also gimbap/kimbap is legit one of my favorite things! There's a Korea shop in college town in a city near me and they have the best Korean food! The "college town" is basically Asian grocery stores, Asian restaurants/shops, and a splash of American food places like street food/subway/wings/pizza/burgers. But mostly Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Thai places.
