Hey Yos, just fyi, in winter, when the air is dryer, to avoid your skin from drying out, you can lower the amount of showers to 3 a week. Just wash where you need to wash, and don't use very hot water or soap to avoild drying outskin.People are used to taking showers as a habit, like drinking coffee, without there be a need for it all the time. So... good excuse to shower less ;-)
