I only been riding a couple of years and the hardest part in my opinion was learning to not death grip the handlebars. I would tense up before a turn but slowly overcame it.

That's a major one to get over. One way to practice to get over that is just doing circles in a parking lot and squeeze with ur legs and not ur hands or arms.

When you get pins and needles in your hands your not used to gripping the tank with one knee or the other plus tank grips help as well .when your hitting it fast you need to hover over your seat from one side to the other on your toes.lm a x racer my self a few decades ago.👍💯🇬🇧✌️👊

I have to agree with Maxy, what I was seeing is his "core" (upper body) not move at all when entering the turns. More body off the bike, you can enter and move thru a turn with less bike lean. It's all about moving the "0" point of weight in the turns and inertia and gravity do the rest... Just an Opinion ofc.. Ride safe, 2 wheels down!!

Yeah he's counterweighting and actually pushing the bike down into more lean, exactly opposite of what hanging off is for. Even if he just stayed with the bike, no extra hanging off, he'd be doing better.

Yep yep. Like he was saying. Being smooth will make you a better rider and a smooth rider is usually a faster rider. Once you learn to hang that butt off a little you will be amazed at how much easier the bike will turn.

My god it like gives me the shivers when Maxy is so close to someone. Just because I have a lot of bad history with people locking their shit up or laying it down right in front of me and causing me to almost wreck. Whoever I ride with I always tell them to stay off of my ass, I give space, god forbid I 2nd guess myself and hit my brakes just to correct. Unless you’re an instructor on a track day or professional racer that’s giving me lessons only one of those 2. Well I’ll add 1 more, only 1 of my friends I’ll let him ride close and I’ll ride in the corners with him or I won’t get spooked or scarred if he comes up on me in a corner.

I never watched any of his videos or know who he is, but I agree with you about the whole acting like he owns the road. He just kept stopping in the middle turning around everywhere. He needs to find a straight to turn around so he can see if someone is coming. Not turn around or stop in the middle of blind turns, that shit is just unsafe and someone needs to teach him.
