May 10, 2024 - Snakes at Bolsa Chica State Beach

Small day, weird swell direction with mostly walled fast corners. Got snaked by my youngest son :) - of course! haha -
Wind was light in the early am and then turned made it bumpy but still a few corners. I didn't get much but saw a couple of good ones go by. :) - hope you got some. Water got warm! #surfing #surf #huntintonBeach #califonia #livingit #stayactive #oldguysrule

your first wave, you should have committed and turned towards shore, that is exactly what you want to do for 360. your weight shift was perfect on that wave.

Let’s go over some surfing terminology. Snaking is when you back paddling around another surfer to put yourself deeper then the next next guy who was waiting for his turn Dropping in is what happened here 2 different d bag moves
