Wowza! This video was definitely made with the intent of Production Quality and it shows. That Quartet of YN2 CSX locomotives sure was awesome and I found it interesting how many trains would run their locomotives as 1x1 with mid train DPU's.

Wow thank you so, so much for the generously kind words, my friend!! I can't emphasize enough how much that means to me. Really appreciate it, man! And yes! They just started doing that somewhat recently, I'm still getting used to seeing the trains like that! Lol
@DoubleSpikeProductions5 жыл бұрын
@@TrainiacProductions - lol, yeah its always different to see a long train with just one locomotive on the front. Especially on Intermodals. Thats when it really looks weird! But thats modern railfanning, lots of DPU's. Im glad that it meant a lot. Im definitely sticking around for more videos!

Cool trains!! I’ve seen all your videos on here and they’re really cool too! You should try to see lots of NJT Trains on the Atlantic City Line in South Jersey; I’m sure you’ll see a lot of trains there!

Great video! When are the best times to catch trains on the Trenton Sub?
@TrainiacProductions4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! To be honest, there's no specific timeframe to yield the most trains on the Trenton Sub. There's not really a specific day anymore, either. Years ago, I'd have very detailed suggestions for the best yields. Everything's all over the place now, though. I can spend one Saturday along the line and see 9 daylight freight trains, and then spend the following Saturday along the line and see 5. The best I can suggest is to join a few Facebook groups (if you haven't already) that cover this line. My favorite is Eastern Train Hunters. CSX Trenton Subdivision Railfans is also a good one. I'd also listen to scanner feeds that cover areas leading into the Trenton Line (like the Central Jersey one up near Port Reading Junction or any Philadelphia Sub ones). Otherwise, the Trenton Sub is like fishing. You're just gonna have to sit and wait for a few bites. If you're open to it, I'd highly recommend Woodbourne Station as your target spot if this is your first time trying the Trenton Subdivision. I say that because the NS Morrisville Line passes overhead there, and you can increase your total daylight trains thanks to that. They tend to run 26T east, 14G east, and 17G west during daylight (daylight as of August, that'll change as we move to autumn and winter lol). You can also get an occasional inbound or outbound coal train. I hope some of this helps, despite not having a specific day/time to see trains. If there's anything I can do to better help, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you so much! Can you give me some insights on the NS Morrisville Line? What is the radio frequency they use?
