May 2023 NYC Tourism Update

Was in NYC end of April 2023 and felt very safe. If you stick to main parts, don’t use subway after 9pm and take usual personal safety precautions you will be fine. I found people to be helpful and looking out for you.

That's sad that in "the city that never sleeps," the average person can't ride the subway after 9 pm.

I had the sublime pleasure of doing one of Megan's private tours in March 2023. It was well worth it. Megan's knowledge is vast and she shares it in a very engaging and interesting way. The two hours went by very quickly. I look forward to doing more of the tours that her company offers.

Thanks Megan. I'm local (Hudson County NJ) . I've been waiting for the NBC Studio tour to re-open, it still hasn't opened up since the pandemic. When I asked in the NBC shop when I was there a couple weeks ago, they said they are hopeful for a summer restart for the tour. Fingers crossed! The Radio City tour has been up and running for a few months, finally did that and it was an amazing experience. Even though I've been to Radio City multiple times since the mid 90's, the tour was still awesome!

Hey, I've been loving the videos that help me prepare for my first NYC visit coming up in a few months, but I have one question that I'm sure you've been asked a ton...what is the song that is played in your intro?! I've tried searching for it, and it seems like several artists have used the base beat, but I'm looking for the specific one you use! It's driving me crazy trying to find it!
