I finished Out yesterday and said today I was going to put this video together as I slowly get into the groove of reading Sensor by Junji Ito (which is actually pretty good so far to the point where I want to read more manga). So as the clothes dry and I have zero dishes to wash, I come to chat with you all and hope you enjoy. I’m adding so many books to my list. And yeah, staying active is important. As I get older I need more activity rather than less. Katy Bowman writes about movement. She has some posts on her blog and other sites about getting movement while reading. Hope all is well!
