I loved hearing how you thanked the woman at the insurance company. Coming from a former phone receptionist I know and understand that sigh she let out. Such a hard job. Now I always go out of my way to thank people in the service industry. It is hard to find good people these days.

I always get the best compliments at work. I work for the DMV and while it can be challenging dealing with the public on a daily basis, my coworkers and the public in general is also where I get the best compliments about what I'm wearing or the bows on my hair. An older gentleman said I had the best smile he has seen that day. 😊❤

I love friends like that. It is hard to keep friends but it doesn't always link up as life changes. I am ones that come in and out. I have a bestie in another state. But did become close with other mamas near me that have those vibes of just meshing really well. Non judgement and chill. Love them.

Oh, my! I loved Fallout, too. My husband wasn't as enthusiastic. We're fans of Walton Goggins, too. I'll watch anything he's in. I loved how you complimented the insurance person. I ordered pizza and had to wait 2 hours for delivery. I was babysitting my great niece and had eye surgery, so I couldn't drive. The lady delivering the pizza looked so harassed. I asked her if it'd been a busy night. She chuckled and said it had. I gave her an extra $20 tip because I thought she needed it. I got a postcard from Papa John's thanking me with a coupon for a free pizza! Wasn't that great?! I feel as though we have the same taste is so many things. However, I'm 72 so no quite the demographic of you channel. I have quirky taste, lol. Great video. Take care, Linda 🦋

Love your heart and willingness to say those nice things to that lady on the phone. I hate phone calls and I am sure I have been a night mare crying to people that don't deserve it. ❤ I try to apologize if I am like that but I have had moments I haven't I am sure. I had the sweetest lady the one day and I made sure to tell her how much I appreciated her and her kindness and going above and beyond to help me. She felt like a mom. ❤

I bought the planner from Amazon that you showed off a video or two ago, and I absolutely love it! I've been looking for something like that for so long. In May, I have a wedding anniversary, my husband's birthday, 2 of my kids' birthdays, Mother's Day and Memorial Day which is very important to my husband who is a veteran and has lost several friends he served with, and several family members who served.

I stopped doing vision insurance when I found Zenni. I go to an opthalmologist so it's covered by medical insurance as opposed to vision insurance. Even if I did go to a chain vision center it would still be cheaper for me to pay out of pocket than what I would pay annually in vision insurance.

I'm with you on the competitive thing. We recently had a women's rugby tournament here, and the early matches were impressive and enjoyable to watch, but towards the final, it got a bit unpleasant because a lot of players were being kinda brutal, presumably too focused on winning.

I loved Fourth Wing and Iron Flame! It gets very spicy later on so if you like Romantasy, it really picks up. The author is releasing the third book early next year and it’s one of the few I will read at release. I don’t really track these things but I loved this series. The one I haven’t been brave enough to start is A Court of Thrones and Roses but I might start it this summer.

For me it’s a great time! After 2 years of grueling homeschooling, my 2 “older” kids will be going back to school after the summer haha! We do move soon and selling a house so that’s for me the most stressful part of summer!

Also.... Love Sam Rockwell. Me and the hubby really loved the movie. It was cheesy so definitely don't take it serious. But the flopping back and forth between people was annoying because we just wanted it to be Sam rockwell the whole time. He is amazing in everything. 😂 Yeah that moon moo is in great. Do you like even psychopaths.. I know gruesome. But he was great in that. And three billboards. I love him in Mr Right with Anna Kendrick. He is a fun character in that. Ugh.... I listened to an interview with that actor who is in ten no body movie. Better call Saul..... Bob Odenkirk. Sorry. My brain wasn't working. Anyhow listen to two different interviews with him I'm pretty sure it was on armchair experts and smartless. A while back. He wrote a book. Anyhow he had home invasions and was talking about that. But his book sounded like it may be great. And you like books. But the podcasts were great. He is a cool dude.

I read fourth wing. I like the story but it's very casually violent and sexual. I'm in my early thirties and I think it was aimed at slightly younger people? Just my impression. The sex scenes made me cringe so hard (I use audible...so yeah) Maybe look for other recommandations if you want to explore another genre of books?
