Hey Jess!!! I love your neighbors!!! Love that for you!! What a rip off estimate. I just had experience negotiating for landscaping and I hope I got a good deal but I have no idea if I did. But I think they must estimate high to see what you do.

I couldn't believe the estimate. It was only trimming a some trees and getting rid of the branches. The neighbor (hubby, wife and their kids) did a fantastic job and I thought went above and beyond. I'd rather pay them. The wife said they were going to use the money for groceries and each kid was going to get 10 bucks to spend on whatever they wanted.
