Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel. I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their patience, as I slowly make my return to KZbin and filming new content again. For today’s video, I will be taking the time to explain where I’ve been, what I’ve been up to, and have an open conversation about topics that I have not addressed in a while, specifically on mental health. I am so grateful for all the progress I’ve made in my life in the past six months, and I am grateful for the experiences that I’ve had in this past year that have allowed me to grow as a person, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I realized it has been five years since I made my first video on this channel, so for those of you who have stuck around since then, thank you so much for being here.
