I love Sophie Kinsella books so much I can't even begin to explain, every single one of hers that I have picked up, be it the Shopaholic series or her others, has kept me hooked right from the start to the finish. I love that you feature her books so often! Go Zoe :D

Rowan is my favorite character in that whole throne of glass series. I just love his and Celaena's relationship. I can't get over how amazing ACOTAR was!!! Tamlin and Lucien all had such good character development and I can't wait to see how things are written with Rhysland. Maas is obviously one of my favorite authors next to Cassie Clare...

I also read the Lost Hero last month and gave it the same rating! haha It was so enjoyable! I actually liked it a bit better than the Percy Jackson books. And Leo was awesome!

I really liked the Heroes of Olympus series! I definitely liked it a lot more than Percy Jackson & The Olympians since the characters are older. I haven't read ACOTAR yet but I'm planning on reading it this month! I'm really excited since it sounds really interesting and I've heard a lot of great things about it.

Every time I watch your videos, I feel the urge to read a Sophie Kinsella novel! I loved 1984 too, my only problem was with the manual reading that happens towards the middle. Since you enjoyed that, I would recommend Brave New World. :)

I read Can You Keep a Secret in May too and I thought it was hilarious! I kept laughing out loud! (one time I was at work in the lunch room and laughed so hard...thankfully no one was there because I sounded like a seal lol) Ah I need to read Heir of Fire, Chaol is just... perfect

Have you read I've got your number also by Sophie kinsella? It's so good and it's a little better than can you keep a secret but it has all the romance feels and all the hilarity I definitely recommend Sophie kinsella is definitely one of my favorite authors

Heir of Fire also started my reading slump this month but it was for the opposite reason to yours. It's so slow starting out its making me not want to finish it. I'm about 140 pages in and I'm trying to chug through it!

I'm currently reading Throne of Glass and so far I like ACOTAR better, the pacing is a little slower right now in TOG, but I still loving it! Have you checked out Sarah J. Maas' Pinterest? She has pins of all sorts of stuff about the TOG series and ACOTAR including pins for the next one! :)

I read ACOTAR in less than 24 hours. I got so invested in the story that I couldn't put it down. Sigh. Sarah can write great characters. But Celaena is still the best ever.

I really enjoyed 1984 but on the last pages I had the same problem :( You should try to read "Animal Farm" by the same author! It's pretty similar to the story of 1984 but this one is easier to read and its pretty short! I really love your videos Zoe :D Greetings from Mexico ;)

Oh my god I know! I just finished The Fill-In Boyfriend by Kasie West and I had the exact same comments! Who decides it's a good idea to end a book like that? With so many strings left untied too, it just ends like "oh that's it folks". And the main character in this one too was selfish and immature and she rubbed me the wrong way. It's really weird. Won't be picking up another one of her books.

BrolicG I had a "book hangover" after finishing, meaning that I tried to pick up other books after finishing Heir of Fire but I didn't want to continue on with them. I couldn't stop thinking about HoF and how amazing it was and how these new books weren't making me feel the same way. Because of this, I just had to take a break from reading until my feelings faded a little and I could get into another book again!

I find it pretty disturbing that a person would give 1984 4 stars - a clasic that is timeless and makes you actually think aaand 5 to some YA fantasies that have no overall value eccept for being a way to pass time. But hey .. to each their own.

Am I the only one who HATES Percy Jackson? I mean, I admit the books are better than the movies, but I didn't get into it as much as other people have. No disrespect to you if you enjoy Percy Jackson, but in my opinion it's nothing special. I stopped reading after the third book.
