Yes he is Ghatoghach s/o Bhim I was the one who commented about his disguise and reason behind that on that video if you go back there you will get the plot of the movie from my comment. You missed the last shot where he finishes the food and that shot was so magical shot just with few camera tricks in times where there was no CGI . He was there to trouble the guests only as far as possible and spoil the wedding as per instructions of Bhagwan Krishna ji.
