Я напишу один раз, чтобы к этому не возвращаться. Вы хороший учитель!.. для меня, кто изучение английского языка оставил в школе. (Юрский период))

Big THANK YOU Maximilian, I've been waiting for the moment to start tinkering with sand simulation with no hope so far. This can be the first step. I will fiddle a bit. Best regards.

love ya! been working with bifrost on previous maya versions. can you comment on how maya 2020 bifrost system creates one node in outliner -- the "bifshape" result ... also saw below folks commenting on speed. i noticed maya 2020 including the new bifrost graph system will not even display properly on older machine. however on the new machine the bifrost graph system is much faster then old bifrost creation system.

How can I deactivate gravity before the collision? I want it to activate at the moment of collision!

i hope someone else reads this and answers your question. i cannot because i have no tutor‘s license of maya, due to a policy change by autodesk for instructors.

Hi Uhr, may I know specs of your hardware please? The very first sim you running is way faster than my machine, I7, 32 gb DDR4 ram, 1tb SSD Nvidea qudro Graphics.... is mine a slow machine?.....thanks.... you have some awesome tutorials and your presentations are entertaining

@@Uhr24 Thank you for your reply....What processor and how much RAM? When I am trying those examples and run the sim.... mine is running slower than those of you have done tutorials. Could it be Bifrost2.1.00 is slower than 2.0.0.0?, I was reading a post by Maya guy in the forum about MPM solver, about speed. Like to know your 1 year old specs.
@@Uhr24 Thanks, now I know that Bf2.1.0.0 is slower. Most of the examples are based on 2.0. I was trying your Create_simple_knit. The node is no more in BF2.1. Could not find anywhere todownload. Found a post talking about MKCG old compound, Create Strand_braid. completely different parameters. I just started exploring BF graph 2 weeks back. I know I have to dig in and do R&D.... as many of you guys tutorials are based on BF 2.0. Keep doing awesome work.

Hi Mr. Max. Could you create a tutorial where you show us how to create dust or powder impacts, like puffs of dust, or powder falling off an object, when two polygons meet, or hit, or collide? Your tutorials are so high level but easy to follow! Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

hi, good idea, but would take too long. i need to kerp the tutorials somehow short and to the point.
