There is a video on this channel from that stream where she falls off the windows, but I'm not that invested to loo for it lol. But I do remember it was a suggestion from twitch chat (she was asking for suggestions for an outro video or something like that). And of course the whole thing was funny, there are screams of pain and panic you can't hear in the outro, lol

Yes, people genuinely donate that much money to the Alevus Sanctuary, all money and proceeds (unless stated otherwise) goes to the animals and being to teach people about animals and conservation via technology. I don’t know much about the taxes and other stuff but Alevus is a 501c3 nonprofit organization!

The 2hr-xx minute stream with another streamer (Hasan) raised $25K. And then another one not long after that, I _believe_ raised a bit more that! *Also,* each month they do a PO Box unboxing of Amazon Wishlist donations (viewer purchases), which those are now on the "Alveus Sanctuary" YT channel (prior to the last 2 months, they were on the "Maya VODs" channel). But there are some "Patron Saints of Alveus", as I've been referring to them as, who buy a crapload of stuff every month, some of which are really expensive items! _(for example name brand power tools, or networking equipment)_ Honestly, I'm really not into Twitch stuff, or streaming in general, but I've fell in love with watching all the Alveus content because it's so wholesome what all the viewers do, and just restores some faith in humanity... 🥲 Your not wrong though, their generosity is shocking! Without them, though, Alveus wouldn't be able to do what it does, and Maya made a brilliant call to tap into the streaming community for funding! But also because it taps into a younger audience and gets them involved, whereas usually charitable donations are what significantly older folks do.
