Thanks for the great video. What time of year were you there? We’re thinking of visiting Thailand in December with a few days in Ubud, but know December is rainy season in Bali. I don’t mind some rain and even a brief downpour, but also want enough breaks in the rain to get out and enjoy the island a bit.

We were here towards the end of Feb which is supposed to be rainy season as well but the weather was fantastic! Even when it did rain, it never lasted very long. Also, a bit of rain in Ubud is kind of relaxing ☺️

Thank you! Yes everything was pre booked to make it easier for us. But for the most part it’s definitely okay to book during the stay!

How deep of swimming pool? 1.4m or 1,5m?

We’re not 100% sure but we believe it’s 1.5m at the deeper end

How is the bugs, pests and monkey situation here?

There were some bugs around the river pool area as you’re so immersed with the forest but they didn’t seem to bother us too much. We actually didn’t see any monkeys around the resort!
