pehle blender seekho (from professional or quality youtube channel) or kuch create karo, iske baad agar aapko or aage kisi studio me job ka man hai to Maya/max ke tools ki knowledge gain krlo kyunki 3d(mesh modelling, PBR texturing, HDRI lighting, camera moves) ke fundamentals to aapke blender mein hi clear ho chuke honge. or agar aapka khud se kuch krne ka man hai to blender hi best rahega kyunki ismein aap animation or 3d ki har cheez ek hi software ke andar kr skte ho or aapko har software ke workflow or shortcuts ki jhanjhat nhi hogi. Time ke sath blender ki har field (modelling- subd/hard-surface/procedural/metaball, procedural shaders, geometry nodes, character modelling, rigging, keyframing, physics system-cloth/rigid body/softbody/mantaflow, texture painting with PBR setup, full character sculpting, product animation with studio lighting, VFX and match-move, 2d grease pencil animation) ko explore krte hue aap dheere dheere pure project ki pipeline ko blender mein create kr skte ho.

I have used both softwares even for professional work. I would say Maya really have some amazing plugins if you are working in a big company. The workflow is even little different that you won't see on youtube, so over-all i would still use maya but i also involve blender for some modelling part.

Hi Rajat mara question ki actually mai compositing kaise ki jati hai means hum 3d model animation krke phir render kr lete hai but konse camera angle se render lena krna hoga ye kaise decide hota hai . And nuke mai direct fbx import krke nhi kiya ja skta kya

Seems like there are a lot of misconceptions. Blender has LTS versions, which means long term support, so they support and test that version intensively to be used in productions for many years and when it comes to enterprise support, Blender provides enterprise support through Canonical which is paid, but it's the same as enterprise support for maya or max. And if you are working in big projects with Blender, it's pretty easy to get to talk to the devs and get help as well, and they fix bugs way faster than Autodesk. The crashing thing you said is absolutely the other way lol, and when it comes to pipelines, yeah it's true, maya is a lot more pipeline friendly, and it also has C++ API for writing plugins etc. but there are many studios in Asia, Europe etc. who have Blender as a part of their pipeline.

Geometry nodes= Maya Node editor. Maya ka plus point- maya Mash feature blender me nahi he. Plz maya node editor ke baare me batao. KZbin par maya node editor tut kam he. Maya me Mash aur node editor bohot purane he. Blender ka Geometry node to naya he. Geometry node ke sare kaam node editor me hote he.
