I am a fresh graduate and I am planning to apply in BPO industry as a call center agent kaso lang medyo nadidiscourage po ako kasi di po ako bihasa sa english pag nagsasalita po ako nabubulol po ako, hindi ko mabigkas ng klaro yung english word.
