The top of the ladder may be made to step on when it's secure, but when you don't have someone holding it… It's a no, no zone. Don't get anyone's neck broken now. I would only use the top steps if climbing onto something else from a ladder, not while using a ladder to support you to work on something. But that is a stepladder. And you still make it look unsafe. LMAO.
