Can’t believe it’s actually over… I just feel like the show was rushed maybe could of had one more season. Maybe the cliff hanger could’ve been bishop finding out about EZ and then have season 6 dedicated to the club reacting to EZs betrayal and actually having to deal with it. Finding a way to get the feds of there back, and having the club survive for future cameos in other series. Having ez angel and Miguel acknowledge there brothers. Because although ez is a rat he did but the Mayans on top and I can’t see the club just killing him without hearing his side of the story. And last but not least ez finding out he’s gonna be a dad. 👌🏽

Yes, it definitely was rushed. In season 5 characters were dropping like flies. I believe it just may have had to do with FX not renewing them for a sixth season. The writers of the show were forced to wrap it up pretty quickly.

From my Perspective, The character Ez Reyes is an artist. I love this character develope. At the start you see this young man trying to right his wrongs, trying to heal the wounds that his family has inflicted while fighting for his own life. Healing his own traumas, with the death of his mother. Ez Reyes is an artist with the self inflicted desire for love and loyalty. Constantly trying to make up for his wrongs. Every masterpiece starts off as an idea in the mind of the artist. He thinks about it over and over, it preoccupies his mind during the day and keeps him up at night. He knows everything about it. The approach, the materials, the colors, the techniques. Inside and out from, beginning to end. He see the whole thing in his mind. He becomes so excited about it, so In love with his idea that he has to bring it to life. Which inevitably brought him to his death which I believe is beautiful. That is the true Masterpiece

I'm happy Mayans went 5 seasons. Not all shows can say that especially a spin off. Seasons 3 and 4 were my favorites. Season 5 had a lot of hype but did not live up to it. Some episodes were good but not enough to make up for it. Overall I'm glad I stayed loyal and tuned in til the end. Alvarez can't die. True legend. Survived SOA and Mayan universe.

Great spinoff. Loved SOA. For me, that show is top 5 best tv shows. I liked Mayans, seeing EZs character arch. I'm truly hoping they make another spinoff with Jaxs sons. Maybe the first 9.

The production team sat the actors to far apart for this interview. ✨ Other than that, I am glad the show was not cancelled. But it sure felt like it was since FX made the decision to tell the executives producers of Mayans to wrap it up! ✨ I watched season 1- 4 on and off. But season 5 i watched faithfully every Wednesday at 10:00pm. This show had my full attention! ✨ I wish Felipe would of had the chance to tell EZ, Miguel Galindo is your half brother. Since Angel knew... ✨ Also who the heck was Bottles dad? Since he avenged his death by killing another Mayan from another chapter in the club house? ✨ Letty was the real 🐀 RAT! I understood she was upset over loosing her dad, Coco. My goodness she started so much sh!t. ✨ Those are some of things i wish could of been dealt with if there was more time. ✨ The 1 hour and 28 minutes Season 5 episode 10 the viewers got, I wish we could of got a full 2 +hours commercial free. Though i felt some things were rushed, however it was a good season and episode 10 had my mouth on the floor with somethings and talking to the T.V.

Emily was probably the most pointless character in tv history. After Sutter this show became garbage. The one thing that made it good was the end. We got to see Jax grow and have a character story... EZ out of nowhere became president and destroyed everything a M.C. stand for. It was kind of stupid making him President.

My Mayans MC Finale Wishful Ending Jax is coming back from hiding to avenge happy. He never died. He asked Gemma to do him one final favor before he ended her by getting him out the Mayhem Vote Situation while protecting SAMCRO. (In S7EP12 of SOA titled “Red Rose” Gemma asked “who else knows” and Jax said “Just the club”. They weren’t talking about Tara they were talking about the master plan for him to stay with Nero, Wendy, The Boys and away from the club life like Jax and Tara always wanted to however was never able to do so because of Gemma’s plans for Jax to stay in the club his whole life. With this Final Favor from Gemma to finally let her son go peacefully… Jax gets to play dead, and go raise his kids in an innocent setting with Nero’s Guidance and without Gemma’s influence at all. That’s why the club was sad on the final episode. It was their goodbye as Jax went to embark on a new identity without Gemma or anything else connected to SAMCRO & Charming) Anyway, Gemma paid convinced and paid off the Truck driver she met to be on 580 at a specific time to meet Jax to help him make the switch. That’s why she parked her car in the truck lot and not the regular car lot at the Rest Stop Area. That was Chuckys Car she planted for Jax to get dropped off at to go drive off to Norco. Gemma was there To recruit a stranger that was a Truck driver who has zero connection to her for Jax’s big escape plan. It also Turns out that the Cop in the Cop Car that tried to stop Jax at JTs Memorial site & got shot at by Jax while missing completely without the cop shooting back at Jax but instead pursues him was all planned on purpose to get other cops to chase after Jax who had an APB for killing Barosky and August. Turns out he and every last cop in the chase were ALL AB members connected to Tully (Marilyn Mansons character) in position to respond to the APB to helps Jax get away from the rigged Crash Scene. Chibs Coerces Jarry to fill out the Accident Report on “Jax’s Death” the Same way Unser did for JT when he got hit by the truck when he Covered for Clay. Which is why Jarry told Chibs she didn’t wanna be involved with him emotionally anymore. The favor made Jarry feel Reluctant and uncomfortable but she did it anyway to help The Club & Jax. Now Jax is With a new identity and name living in Norco with Nero as a farmer on the Farm that Nero bought in exchange for Alvarez buying Diosa from him. With Jax being “Dead to the world” Alvarez inherited ALL of Diosa doing the Mayans a Favor establishing a legit pipeline for them. (Fun note: it’s also Jax returning the favor for Alvarez playing dead for a day to save Tara from Salazar in SOA season 3) Now Jax is seen on the Farm lifting and stacking up Bales of Hay on top of each other yards away from a red Barn while a 13 year old Abel and 10 year old Thomas are riding dirt bikes in the field like Wendy explained when she told EZ about her kids. And another scene of Jax and the kids milking a cow together. (Notice Nero saying “This is about having a place we can Run to” on SOA while talking to Gemma about going to Norco or “Maybe it’s time to Honor Tara’s Wish” when speaking to Jax in S7EP11 of SOA) So WITH ALL THAT SAID… Jax was supposed to be dead to the world forever except for the parties involved who helped him. Nero, Wendy, Jarry and Chucky. That changed when EZ and Angel Murdered Happy. It turns out Alvarez Sold Out Happys location to EZ in order to finally get retribution for his son Esai from SOA season 1. (Marcus Told Tig he would have to answer to God but he will avenge his son someday like Tig did when he took out Pope) Happy was the one that hit the kill shot on Esai by the hotdog stand. Because Jax loved happy, it provoked him to come back. (Remember Alvarez told Quinn while attempting to find out who killed Diaz “if y’all wanna kill each other so badly then go ahead”. as a way to revenge Diaz’s death and his sons death, Alvarez kills 2 birds with 1 stone while keeping his hands clean of all MC Business by being ultimately responsible for bringing Jax “Back From The Dead” to kill EZ in retaliation for Happy the same way he killed August Marks by coming out of a reaper hoody and popping EZs melon from behind….. THE END!

Seeing how Mayans MC ended up saddens me so much. Certain unresolved plots, the stupidity of the writing of the fourth and fifth seasons, certain appearances of characters from SoA as in the penultimate episode have made this series, which seemed really promising, half crap. It's a pity really. I hope they think twice before producing another series about SoA or the Mayans. The best thing is that Kurt Sutter comes back. It certainly is for the best.

What an awful show. Bad writing, plot lines that die on the vine, no codes, killings that made no sense and a bike club I was rooting against. For example: 1) Angel burns about 2 Billion in heroin but then EZ is selling small amounts of fentanyl? 2) Leti would have been killed for ripping off the drug dealers 3) Packer deserved a more dramatic death. Like being burned alive. And that's the poetry... 4) Angel isn't broke. Adelita left him a ton of cash 5).Never any legal consequences until the end. The Vatos slaughter, the hospital carnage, the seigevat the clubhouse with over a dozen killed, EZ assaulting cops, Gabby's death and everything else. 6) No closure with Chibbs or Tragar at the end ? And how many Mayans, anyway...maybe 7? The real Mayans in Central America should be insulted by these dopes. Good riddance
