Healthcare worker here!! Rules of work go the same in my house!! If someone isn’t feeling well they carry a container of wipes with them and anything they touch thats a shared space/object gets wiped down. Even the littles. It teaches them how germs work and lets them learn how to clean with you!! And as a bonus my mom used to and still does pray over our wipes and cleaning products and let them be a way to not only wipe sickness away but to spread Jesus’s love and protection through the house. 🥰

love watching these videos :) they give me all the motivation to clean my own home!! But girl the biggest tip especially for flu season would be to get a mattress protector!!! all the things that soak into your sheets will soak through and into your mattress all the sweat every night especially with children... and yes you can steam clean it but Its a lot easier to toss the protector into the wash on sanitize if you have that setting or just soil level high and high heat.

Way to go on getting the house clean and fresh! I am in the process of deep cleaning my entire house and I'm telling you, a clean floor is a HAPPY floor! I got this really nice Bissell Crosswave vacuum/mop that THOROUGHLY cleans your floors. The floor in my kitchen has NEVER sparkled, or looked as white as it has, and I have four dogs so I have to keep it CLEAN. I have been neglecting my house and struggled with depression and anxiety for a while. Cleaning helps me theraputically by "cleaning out" my mind as well as declutter the house. It's high time I start caring and start keeping a clean home.

So motivating to watch! ❤ I keep hand sanitizer bottles in my entry ways for myself and guests. I also like to spray my house down with Lysol at night during cold and flu season. Lastly, as often as I can when the temps are pleasant, I put my windows up to let fresh air flow through the house.

Sometimes I want to just pay someone to scrub my shower 😷😭 I let it go for so long that when I finally wind up having to clean it, it is a pink mold disgusting mess! I will keep a bottle of dawn and vinegar in the shower, and when I have a hair mask in I will try to keep up with it, and scrub it down quickly with a wash cloth…so it’s not as bad I’m going to try that Clorox bleach spray what I have been loving and what makes my shower sparkling white is the soft scrub bleach. That stuff is also magical!

I really would like to know how to keep the home germ free as well! The only things I’ve been implementing is to not wear shoes inside the home, take off our outside clothes after church, work, school, and keep sanitizing spray and wipes in the cabinet and sanitize everything once a week when I clean.

Everyday when my kids home from school, they wash their hands immediately! Along with me literally spraying disinfectant every few of days on everything, ifykyk 😂 this has helped us a lot bc all the germs from school ect don’t enter our home. Hope this helps some of you mamas 🫶🏼

Yes the bathroom to me takes so much time because my shower has tile too. Its so annoying i wish where i live just had one of those ahower inserts. Im ok with a plan simple shower without tiles and grout lines everywhere that i have to scrub and gets mold easily. Defently when i get a house tike in the shower will be a no for me.
