to help you with your sugar and snacking see what’s the deeper cause. maybe when you’re angry, when your craving love, when you want intimacy, affection, need to release emotionally, bored, etc. from there you’ll be able to actually stop because you can “heal” the spiritual, or deeper reasoning to why. if not you may keep running into the same issue.
