On the therapist topic…i actually have to agree it is no longer about race. It’s more so about how they are good at their job and does not see race as an obstacle to overcome. I had two amazing therapists one black and one white my black one got me through the journey that I needed to go through. She was amazing, now this next step is with a white one and I have to say she is just as amazing.❤
