Something a lot of people seem to forget for some reason.. Wesker has one of the biggest terror radius in the game. 40 meters. 50.4 if he has Distressing. Other killers with large terror radius.. Legion ( with Frenzy ) also has a 40 meter terror radius, so yes distressing would make him a 50.4 as well when they are in frenzy mode. Huntress Lullyby ( not Terror radius ) is also 40 meters, but of course can not be changed by anything. Doctor at base is a 32 meter terror radius killer. ( Standard ) However, with addons ( Calm - Class 2 and Calm - Carter's Notes ) and distressing Doc is the king of terror radius with a 57.96 meter terror radius. This can be increased while in chase with Monitor and Abuse to 65.96 meters but keep in mind this is when he is in chase, and if he is using said perk his terror radius would be reduced by 16 meters. Telling you all of this because it does effect survivors to a degree, and it heavily influences perks/abilities. ( Legion and Doctor's abilities get influenced by it. Then you have a bunch of perks that are based on the killer's terror radius. ) So its something to keep in mind both when playing as well as when making builds.

Wesker has some of the highest skill expression imo. If ppl know all the skinny bird amd bounce spots, he is crazy good.

I do not understand the slang you are using but he does have tricks and quirks people need to learn in order to show his true potential. Its like Huntress with orbitals. They are far stronger than most people think but because its something that is not easy to learn for a portion of players, they tend to be dropped several tiers than said killer deserves. ( Example being Tru3's placement of Huntress since he does not know about and also can not really do orbital shots. But that requires a lot of practice and its something I do not see him doing. )

With Wesker, especially against high end survivors. You really need to know his tricks/quirks/tech ( what ever you want to call it. ) in order to do decently/well against them. If you do not you are going to have a bad time regardless of the map.

I recently had some discussion with somebody who tried to tell me Wesker was better than Chucky & Pyramid Head. All on the premise that his power is better for mobility and he has the slowdown with the infection. Chucky or PH would’ve literally gotten “easy” hits here in that first chase. And probably the down a lot sooner which could’ve delayed the first gen from popping. Now I don’t think Wesker is weak by any means but there’s certain loops where he can’t really use his power effectively and his power is actually fairly easy to dodge a lot of times. He has such a high skill ceiling but most people won’t ever reach his full potential. I still think he is like mid A tier

I think Wesker is about to tiny bit better than Chucky and he’s definitely better than Pyramid Head Chucky can’t pressure the map very well but his anti loop is better and Pyramid is good but his power can be easy to dodge depending on the distance of the survivor but he’s great at tunneling and getting out survivors quickly

@@markoberlton8026 easy to dodge depending on distance can be said about Wesker too, the difference is PH can also hit you when you don’t expect it because he doesn’t need a LOS and can hit through objects. Wesker needs a clear path and LOS either on his first or second dash. And as we see here certain loops just shut down his power. His map pressure is a bit better but overall both Chucky and PH imo are just better, the time to down with them is way faster so even if they can’t traverse the map as fast they’ll get the down faster and with perks like pain res it can prevent a gen from popping.

I watch crohmbs and he actually doesn't do many of wesker's techs often in streams. He also gets folded the moment he encounters survivors that do gens and know how to loop.

I think once you know all of his rebound spots, skinny bert angles, and can hugtech consistently, he's high A tier. With only partial use of his techs, he's probably more like low A or A- imo.

i play wesker myself on console , lots of hours on him and p100 and i'll tell everyone , he looks very weak if u don't know all of his techs , figuring out all the rebound spots , how 2 skinny bert , insta-flick , and hug tech , weskers spot in the tier list sky rockets
