I have had great success with tennis elbow straps . It's bizarre a strap around the forearm would make such a difference but for me it was magical . After a couple months pain was gone and hasn't come back .

We went up Clawhammer to the top of Middle and then out and backed upper black. It’s way easier than doing the full loop but wouldn’t do it during prime riding times…

LMNT = 1/4 tsp of table salt, 1/8 tsp No salt (Potassium chloride), stevia for sweetness, the magnesium in it is a joke at 60 mg eat an ounce of almonds. The electrolytes in this cost about 5 cents

@@GHinWI You just use Gatorade powder. LMNT has way more sodium and potassium than Gatorade does. Also it is sugar free which isn't necessarily good or bad. When I mix up powdered Gatorade I usually add salt and potassium to it.
