I wish the buff was +1% at lv1 and additional +2% at lv2 so at lv6 it deals +21% damage. Trust this is balanced

I think Spear is tripping. Pantheon is just so weak nowadays. His W deals NO DAMAGE early game. All his spells costs too much mana for the way he's required to play. I'm a terrible laner and I've been shitting on Pantheon with fucking Mundo. Spear is just a beast making him work.

viego actually only gets the abilities that the enemy has so if a level 18 viego kills a level 1 jax and jax never upgraded any abilities he actually can only ult and auto
