I love all the effort that was put into BL2. I don't think I've ever seen any game that was given more care and attention in implementing the special little extras. In this video we will take a closer look at a gun many people know, but even here in 2025 there may still be secrets left to discover...

playing since 2012. never knew this!! Tip if you want to farm perfect roll for these: when you enter frostburn, go backwards into three horns, re-enter frostburn, and repeat that a bunch. When you make it to the caves there will be 1 Lascaux for everytime you re-entered the area! (Fast travel does not work for this)

Another thing with this gun, is that everytime you travel to the map, it spawns it, so you can very effectively farm a good veriant of it, by loading in and out of the map a bunch of times. After this there should be a bunch of them in the pool of water and you can pick the one u want

To this day, I don't know WHY it has that variable fire-rate and it's one of only 2 guns that I know-of which have it, the other is the double infinity, so it's definitely got a load of stuff going on.

I knew all this but one thing to add if you enter and leave the location the gun spawns a new one is added so if you enter and lave 5 times there's 5 guns

That's actually so cool, I had no idea. An actual "did you know?" video where I didn't know any of the stuff lmao. Nice work. Also, what makes you enjoy playing with a controller while on PC? Always seemed like a nerf to aiming although it is ultimately down to personal comfortability and preference etc.

Thanks dude! Happy that I managed to share something new. Yeah, controller is a bummer but I have a problem with my wrist so it causes a lot of pain when using keyboard. I don't get as much pain when using a controller though. It's ok. I sort of enjoy the challenge especially when playing fast paced competitive games against m + k.

1248 hours in bl2 and i didnt know this. i'd figured it was named for the caves, but never looked at it close enough to pick up the pattern. good job :) i should report you to yt....putting actual facts and interesting info in a YT video.....pretty sure thats against TOS ;)
