Love that stencil. Do you think it might have been easier to use the stencil directly on to the cake instead of the panel? I have never stencilled a panel, but always just on to the cake for fear of rubbing it off with the fondant smoother. Love those flowers too. Thank you for sharing. Xx

I have a fear of not having as much control of the stencil vertically;) so I suppose it is just ehat you are more comfortable with.

I usually make it with 3 cups dark chocolate chips and one cup heavy cream. That should be enough;)

I just read your post about your health issues I'm so sorry to hear that getting older in middle age can scare you to death. I'll be 53 and I have been there done that you'll definitely been all of our thoughts and prayers I'm sure of it
