They ripped me off never sent me anything but fake tracking I told them it was fake tracking cause I called the mail and they told it was. And they made up a lie saying that my parcel sat and never moved in months as if now they need to send me a replacement they never send the first one according to the mail carrier

I've had 4 broken screen that cracked while using Casetify cases. The case, labeled Ultra Impact, does NOT protect your phone. The glass cracked when the phone was dropped less that 12 inches. When I complained, Casetify only offered to replace the case with the same poor quality case. The case is not damaged...but the phone is! Don't buy them. They are expensive and do not do the protection job
