Can't recommend shades like this. But if you ry need help you can check these shades - 130 Buff Beige - 230 Natural buff You can also go to the nearest Maybelline outlet to get yourselves shade matched or buy online on nykaa by checking photos of the actual shade in review section

Yes you can use it but most compact powders have coverage so you will need to create a balance between the amount of coverage you create with concealer cause you will be layering it up with a compact (that will add coverage) So to avoid cakey look use lesser concealer if setting with compact powder

U can try shade 230 it is very close to foundation shade 330 , i use 330 shade foundation too so i had to buy a shade lighter in same undertone ,230 is a shade light same undertone (for circular one)
