Mayco Elements 101 with Jon Dean

Hi Jon, is Mayco product compatible with ( fired / dry ) Red Earthenware that has a Iron oxide content? Mayco USA Tech support advised me that it was definitely not compatible whereas the Australian Mayco distributor advised that it was compatible, however it may be necessary to use a white underglaze or run a test? So I have 2 conflicting views. Would you please advise me on this Thanks for your time. your videos have been very helpful Craig

Can I use ELEMENTS to cone6?*

yes. The color will shift and will move much more at that temperature. We have the cone 6 swatches on our website
