We were reluctant to do it but we finally bought a Zojirushi bread maker and have grown to really appreciate it, just add the ingredients and it does all of the rest....

btw, the lines on the top of bread were used to identify different bakers using the same oven. they each would have their own pattern of lines

I use homemade Einkorn starter from Einkorn wheat berries ground in my Mockmill Grain Mill; we prefer maple syrup in ours. We use everyone organic.

Milling my own berries and this is by far my favorite video, recipe, and tips! GRATEFUL! Well I went back and reread transcript watched two more times - how long to bake. I have already started and it has risen beautifully at 1hr 45 min not as tall as yours though. Will put in at 450 F as stated with water pan - and check after 20 min - then check every 20 min as no idea on time. Out at 27 min Thanks
