We were reluctant to do it but we finally bought a Zojirushi bread maker and have grown to really appreciate it, just add the ingredients and it does all of the rest....

Question: do you use oil in pan to rise and back in or a non stick baking pan? 450 degrees for how long did you back it for?

btw, the lines on the top of bread were used to identify different bakers using the same oven. they each would have their own pattern of lines

Love homemade bread. Haven’t made any in a long time. It’s not the work required, but mainly the time needed for it to rise and bake. Around 3 hrs. Thanks for the reminder.

Milling my own berries and this is by far my favorite video, recipe, and tips! GRATEFUL! Well I went back and reread transcript watched two more times - how long to bake. I have already started and it has risen beautifully at 1hr 45 min not as tall as yours though. Will put in at 450 F as stated with water pan - and check after 20 min - then check every 20 min as no idea on time. Out at 27 min Thanks
