Another note on dodge canceling: you can dodge mid-Wheel of Death so that the second half of the volley goes in the same direction as the first (dodge away from the direction of the target). This can allow you to land most/all of the arrows even without being completely surrounded by hurtboxes.

why does my X+X+X - arrow spray at front? is there a timing when to press the 3rd X? so I can do XXX+YY Combo?

If you're seeing an arrow spray on your Y, that means you're hitting Y after 2 X taps. With 3, it should just be a single arrow!

Luci Sigils are always optional sigils they're only meant for minmaxing your DMG otherwise using QoL DMG Cap V+ is generally better for Majority of the players

What about a build without lucilius stuff? like im trying to build a pre-lucius so I can be ready for him.

You can just replace Luci sigils with DMG cap + utility of choice (QCD/Cascade, defensive lines such as Aegis, Potion Hoarder, Guts, etc)! Everything else is the same ~
