The film is Alexander Nevsky by Sergei Eisenstein. It was filmed in 1938 though, maybe there is a law that lets you use something created so long ago, I dunno.. the fact it's a world culture heritage I'm a Russian guy and I've grew up on this film, but I have nothing against it been used in video of my favorite band, actually there is some sinister interpretation that let me take look on different perspective

I just think it should be mentioned in the credits, because now it looks like the guys in the credits have created these epic shots.
