She is a fantastic speaker....teacher. Explains things well. Not a bunch of chit/chat, straight to the how-to-s. Best "Big Bow" I have come across. One of the best video "people" I have heard.

This is the BEST tutorial I have found on making bows. I have never found a tutorial explain the way you fold the ribbon. Really impressed with you video and I shall certainly try making bows again, as I had given up. Thank you so much for sharing.

Absolutely the best tutorial! This was all about the bow and so easy to follow since you can watch the whole process right before your eyes!!!! In fact, I was able to make my single-sided bow right along with the tutorial. No fast forward, no "go to my social media to see the complete version", and the camera was only on the project. BEST bow making tutorial ever!! Thank you, Maymay.

Excellent - You took your time to show us how to handle and hold the ribbon. Also, you went on to explain how you twist the ribbon when the front doesn't match the back. Showing exactly what you were doing allowed me to FINALLY make the perfect bow. Other channels don't go slow and do close ups. I really appreciate you!!!!

This is the easiest way to make a beautiful bow! Thank you (8 years later) for such a nice tutorial ❤ oh, one extra step I added was inserting a chenille stem into the back of the bow under the zip tie before cinching down. That way I’ll have a way to easily tie it to whatever I want.

I was just about to comment the same thing! Short video too that is right to the point. I personally am not going to watch a 30 min video on how to make an easy DIY bow...then why does it need to be 30 minutes?!? 😆 I actually watched this one last year and needed to be refreshed (only made a couple bows last Christmas). So glad I remembered who did this simple video and found it quickly.

May May, let me start off by saying that I am not crafty nor creative. I do not enjoy creating things; I much prefer seeing something already made, falling in love with it and purchasing it. Having said that, I was in a pinch at my parents' house 400+ miles from my house where I would normally call upon my crafty and creative friends to whip up a bow for me. Your video was so AH-MAZING and allowed even ME to create the most magnificent burlap bow for a monogram I purchased for my parents' front door. I was so impressed with myself and I have YOU to thank! The ONLY thing I would add to your video would be to show and describe exactly how you turn and twist the loops to make the bow full and circular. I rewatched your video and played very close attention to your hands. It comes naturally to you but not to me, but I figured it out and feel my bow would definitely get your blessing. 😁 Thank you again! 😘 Lastly, I wanted to follow you on Instagram, but I don't think your link above is working. 😔 I will search for you.
